Who is Von Titz? (Balz)
J. S. Balz writes:
02 February 1941 While searching for a convoy, my illustrious personna received a radiogram today in respect to someone called Von Titz, a rather presumptious fellow, I presume. I seem to remember a pimply little fchap at the Naval Academy, who graduated thanks to his mother doing the hoochie-woochie with the director. ![]() I asked my mother what she thought of Von Titz. She says Von Titz is like an Italian restaurant serving overcooked spaghetti. ![]() Yesterday morning I did an einz, zwei hoochie woochie on a small freighter to keep my tremendous skill honed. It's been two weeks since we have seen a ship. If Von Titz has ambitions of becoming a great hero such as myself, he can stare at my magnificense with admiration while he buys me a drink. ![]() Kptlt. Johan Sebastian Balz.

(Fritz von Titz approves this post)
![]() "Herr Titz are the rumors true? That is, Can you really sink ships just by looking at them?" Von Titz taking a puff of his pipe and looking thoughtfully skyward pauses a moment then replies "Of course not! Not even I could propose to have such propostures ideas. I have to glare at them!" "I originally learned how to fly just so I could get close enough to get a photo of him, after all he was so liked after WW1 that he was harder to get to than Hitler!" -Herman Goering CnC of the German Luftwaffe "Originally I heard rumors about this man that were just unbelievable, But once I met him I knew, I knew that we should be very carefull if we get involved in Churchill's war with Germany. Lets just say that after meeting him I would not get in the bathtub let alone on a boat!"-Charles Lindberg on his meeting Fritz in 1940 |

"So, the rumours are true?"
"Yes, my lord, there seem to be two of them now." "Really? Two little blighters both claiming to be the best the Krauts have to offer?" "It would seem so, my lord." "So, do you have any ideas?" "I don't think ideas are necessary, my lord. If it keeps up they'll likely do each other in, and do the rest of us a small favour." "Very well, Sir Keith. Carry on." "Yes, my lord. Oh, and sir?" "Yes?" "Should I keep you posted on further developments?" "That would be good, Sir Keith. This could be entertaining, if nothing else."
