I downloaded GWX the first week under the donation period. What I did was download the files one at a time. If you do so in an orderly fashion, it needn't be complicated at all. I suggest you download the .exe file first, as it is the smallest. Then, download the bin files in this order:1, 2, 3, etc until you have them all. From that point all you have to do is click the .exe and it will do all the work for you. Simply create a folder where you will store the downloaded files. As you click to download each file, direct the download to that folder.

Have you ever reached for the phone to make a call... and the person you were going to contact... ringed you up?

GameShadow's CEO Tony Treadwell, contacted me earlier in the week, on the same evening that I was about to message him. (That was almost spooky!) Quite a nice guy there... and the relationship is beneficial to all involved.

Yes, there will be a single-file GWX download available at GameShadow soon. I'm not sure exactly when.

thanks all,
might - just might have another go at the .bin files.

i seriously cocked it up last time, to such a point that some one here suggested formating my hard drive with the problems that were coming up: at that point i turned it all off and went to the pub, then bed.

at present i seem to have a clean install of sh3 patched to 1.4. i've had no error messages - they always make my heart sink !, and would really like to get gwx2 up and running. it's just that i'm cautious - nervous about cocking it all up again, if you get my drift...

i think the one download-install would be good for the likes of me !

cheers

I can't find anything but GWX (original) at Game Shadow. Help anyone.

Also, I can't seem to get to any downloads at Game Shadow. To access the downloads, do you need to first download the Game Shadow software ??

Thanks.
