how do i delete a career?

There is only a option to load ,i want to delete some careers,can this be done?

For some reason, the delete a saved game option is on the Save screen. Just start up a game, go to save, click on the one you want to delete and click delete. The game will then ask you the inevitable "Are you sure you wanna do what you just told me to do?" question, answer yes and that save game is deleted. Continue until done.
