Default Hilarious Evasion Story. (Picture)

I was just playing a Career in 1945 (GWX 1.3) and I got detected by a Random patrolling escort River Class Destroyer as I was on my way to the Patrol grid, Anyway it gave chase so I crashed dived and Radar was picking up Severe emissions (4 to be exact) I realized they were Sunderland bombers and then watched in pure hilarity as they bombed the area right next to the destroyer where Id been 10 seconds ago and this is the aftermath.

But its not over yet then all of a sudden 2 Sunderland bombers crash into eachother and make a figure 8 trail of smoke, Coulden get a pic though.

I love that. Especially if you read the text in the menu.

"Depth Charges in the water sir."

"No wait... Destroyer in the water sir!"

Admittedly funny and sad at the same time. It seems to an epidemic problem of subsims to manage ship/object avoidance and safe weapons discharge.

For whatever reason, air and ground combat games usually did this better.

Haha thought so. Although I'm in Somerset now I used to live about halfway between Newcastle and Hexham.

A little-known place called Crawcrook. Wrong side of the river, or so I was told frequently but it's where your heart is that counts...
