Grey Wolves Mod Freeware?

I have uninstalled SH3, reinstalled, patched to 1.4b and I thought I was ready to download the GW Mod. I go to the site, click on download and get directed to another site which is asking for a donation.
Is the Grey Wolf Mod Free or Not? Yes, I can donate! However, I have read nothing that says a donation is required for the download. So do I have to pay for the mod or not? If it is required the site should state "donation required to get the Grey Wolves Mod". In which case it is not freeware.
And no I am not new to these forums, I have been away for a long period of time and had to re register in order to post.
