Default You know you're getting senile when .......

You get home , then you realize you must have left your $150 sunnies in a shop in the last town {18kms away} ..you drive all the way back there , enter the shop and ask the assistant if she has seen your sunglasses ...her reply ?? "You mean the ones on top of your head "??

Happened to me today. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I once was trying to leave my house, but couldn't find my keys. I spent five or ten minutes searching everywhere with my left hand...my right hand was busy twirling the keys around my finger.

I returned my photocamera at the shop telling the keeper it broke.
He looked at the camera and told me the battery's are empty. I told him that was impossible because just for two days I recharged the battery's.
He opened up my camera and the battery's are non-rechargeable.

PS: there was a crowd in the shop staring at me.

True story (about 10 years ago)

Got pulled by the cops one morning heading to work. I didn't understand why. I wasn't speeding, I hadn't done anything wrong so I thought. Cop walked right up to my car door while I rolled the window down.

ME - "What seems to be the problem officer", I asked.

Officer - "Sir, do you like pussy?"

ME - " "

ME again - " "

Officer - "Well here ya go" as he reaches up on the roof of my car and hands me my pet cat!!!

ME - " "

ME again " "

Must not have noticed him sleeping on the car when I left for work. Kitty hung on for dear life for nearly 6 miles at nearly 60 mph. Now I know why I heard so many horns blarring that morning! Of course I couldn't take him to work with me so I had to turn around and drop him off at the house which cost me a warning for being late at work. Ahhh, my UPS days. How I miss that paycheck!!!

Poor cat, you must've felt terrible after that incident (unless that cat was the devil in disguise).

But I'm sure that cop had a great story for the bar mates for years to come.
