I will soon buy a new PC and would like to keep the campain results if possible. Any idea which files i have to copy/paste to avoid starting from the beginning again?

"C:\Users\[Your account name]\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\SaveGames" is the location where all gamesaves are stored...
