TWoS TDC Practice Mission?

Is there any missions out there to just practice launching Torpedo's via the TDC at unarmed ships without having to worry about escorts?

I've tried the included tutorial missions but they hang at the "Turn TDC" on prompt... and never see any enemy cargo ships spawn.

Unarmed? Try "SH5 external cargo" mission...
