Enigma Help
I received the message below, but can't seem to decrypt it.
I can't tell if the second letter in the first indicator group is a 'O' or 'Q'. I've tried both with using the date of Aug. 31 1939  On another note, is there a way to set the radio log date as the same format as the radio message? (Radio message format is Time/Day/Month/Year; Radio Log is Month/Day/Year Time)
