Campaign objectives not unlocking

I have a problem with my current career. I finished the 'Atlantic Air Gap' mission of the 'Happy Times' campaign, but the next objective, 'Western Approach', hasn't unlocked. Can I fix this by editing the saved games' 'Campaign.cfg' file, the same way the tonnage bar glitch is solved?

I edited the file like this when it didn't unlock (edit in red):

I am also in Happy Times
On my 1st patrol grid Atlantic Air Gap I managed to sink 4 ships.
The second patrol grid I sank 2 ships.
The third patrol grid nothing the first time ever I have not sunk anything when patrolling a grid since playing SH5.
Western Approaches also then appeared and I did a lot of patrolling along the South West coast and found nothing.
During this patrol I did come across numerous DD's 4 or 5 at a time which I avoided.
This is the first time I have ever returned to base with a full load of torpedoes after 46 days at sea very demoralizing.
The good news is that the TWOS patch has kicked in and I have a matching emblem for my boat U47.
I have requested Western Approaches and my mission is to Infiltrate a spy near Londonderry.
Once I drop my spy off there should be some good targets around that area.
So on wards and upwards as they say.
