Hi guys!
Can anyone share the experience on how to be more efficient in this two situations: 1. The quickest way to stop the submarine. I apply full back and when the speed approaches 0, I apply full stop and that is completly ok, but the thing is that I almost always miss that particular moment when I should apply full stop and then submarine starts going backwards a little bit (1 knot or so) so then I apply forward and so on... 2. The quickest way to asume new course without moving forward (rotation around axis). I use slow ahead (1) with ordering new course but it seems to me that maybe there is some quicker way to do this. Sometimes I really want to quickly rotate my sub without moving forward and position it for 90 degree attack so I don't miss the "window" for clean hit. Thanks! |

Considering second question, I've probbably by accident put emphasis on not moving forward, I was just interested in technique of turning the nose quicker than I'm currently doing (shutting down one engine... if it's possible?)

The quickest way to turn your sub nose is to apply left/rigth full rudder(shift+left/right arrow key) and full speed ahead/backward... ![]()
