mainexpress Ensign Join Date: May 2005 Location: San Francisco home of the U.S.S. Pampanito Posts: 222 Downloads: 294 Uploads: 0	libcef.dll I went to go fire up SH5 today and i get this message 'the program can't start because libcef.dll is missing from your computer...try reinstalling the program to fix this problem it might of been from the last update of uplay...can someone tell me how to fix this.
