Default Need Install Help With JSGME

moving SH4 to a new PC and I can get JSGME to upload any new mods.

1. fresh SH4 install (1.5)
2. downloaded JSGME (2.6)
3. unzipped it into my SH4 folder c:/silent hunter wolves of the pacific/JSGME/
4. under there is gives me the mods folder and the JSGME exe.file
5. I run it and under task import my mods that are unzipped into a folder separate from SH4
6. then use arrow to activate the mods. (example TMO2.5)
7. run game....same ol into and no TMO

am I missing a step or got something in the wrong folder?

thanks for the help

Can you show us the contents of the c:/silent hunter wolves of the pacific/ folder?

A screenshot would be nice, with all folders unfolded. Especially the MODS and JSGME folder. We need to know what's inside it, and where.

c:/silent hunter wolves of the pacific/data doesn't have to be unfolded, as there are too much folders in there taking up space in the screen shot.

Is the MODS folder inside c:/silent hunter wolves of the pacific/ or a level higher (inside \JSGME\)?

Hi Pisces

I understand your question but do not know why you need that information.

My tutorial for JSGME explains everything with step by step instructions.

What is your actual problem?

Aso544 says he doesn't know what he did different. I gather that your explanation didn't help him in finding the cause or solution. So I asked for the details that should answer it.

Guys he notes in his first post; he installed JSGME wrong. Its in a seperate folder inside Sh4, thats why it wont work.

@OP- JSGME should NOT be in a seperate folder, it should be in with the game executable in the same folder.

Or JSGME is run with a shortcut that has the proper path for Silent Hunter specified in "Start in:"

But yeah, I suspect the MODS folder is in the wrong place. I just like to be sure.
