Playing without the SHIV Gold dics

Using the Gold Edition DVD version and not intending to download another copy, what do I need to do to run/play SH4 without the disc in the tray?

Nothing. I got the gold edition and it does not require it to be in the drive to play.

Yeah there's no disc check for 1.5, actually think they did away with it in 1.4. Still have to deal with SecureRom though.
