Are neutrals always to be considered as "neutral"?
I'm trying to work out what a real captain, or the KM's standard operating procedure would call for in certain situations. I seem to recall any of these things could make a neutral ship be considered hostile and therefore attacked: *Sailing without any lights *Not displaying nationality flag (don't think that's in the game though) *Any form of armament/weapons *Heading towards an enemy port (not sure about that) *Supplying the enemy with military resources Does anyone here attack neutrals in conditions like these? Or should I just continue to leave them alone?

The "Just Follow Orders" mod is pretty great for playing with "rules" for this sort of thing. Of course it's all on the honor sysytem, but even if you just dload the mod itself and read the documentation you'll get a good idea how things changed from the beginning of the war on.

I don¿t remember seeing armed neutrals (GWX) but got tangled up with a tanker who fired back. I sunk it and got neutral shipping sunk credit. GRRRR.
