Hi there! I am just you're average Silent Hunter player, and recently discovered this HUGE (

) mod community. Hell, I never even thought about getting mods for this game (series).

Now, you may ask yourself how the hell I discovered this site, well, that is because I recently folowed an old (November 2011) playtrough about SH 5. The commentator (J2JonJeremy) was mentioning he was using mods, and also named this site quite alot of times. So, curious as I was, I decided to Bing it up (Just kidding, I Googled it

)! Well, now I am here, just browsing the forums, looking for some good mods for SH 3. Allready installed GWX, FM Interiors 2.1, SH 5 water for SH 3 and some more. If anyone can recommend me some other great mods, please tell me!

Also, after reading some topics on this site, I realy like how mature everybody here is, different from all these other forums, if you know what I mean (CoD comes too mind...). Keep it up

SH3 Commander is also a must-have.

If you haven't already get the 4gb patch to use for FM interiors (I haven't used his mod yet but have followed the threads for it). I believe it helps considerably.

Any problems or queries with my mod soup I'll try and help but you'll find the answers from someone on here

If you intend on using SH3Commander like Red suggested, and you most definitely should use it, then you'll also need the GWX3_SH3Commander_CFGFiles.exe to make them play nicely together.
