Default How much is your fuel?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-21238363

A little calculator to see how your price of petrol (gasoline) compares throughout the world.

I want to move to Venezuela where to fill my car would cost just 67 pence - that's only half a litre here!

Australia isn't in that list How dare they.

Today, I went to a petrol station that had their E10 Unleaded at around 129.something cents per liter. Had nearly half a tank with $25 AUD.

I totally want to move to Venezuela too

I don't need a calculator, as I just filled up this morning at $3.35 per gallon which from what I see around is average for my area.

Just drove by the one gas station in this rural area: $3.89 was posted

but I only use $20.00 a month anyway

warning to the wise keep your gas tanks full not because of price
due to sludge and slosh ...

keep them full

Yesterday in Shell gas station diesel was €1,504/litre ($1,966/litre) and based on that calculator that would be €0,75/litre ($0,995/litre) in US. Those are about $7,44/gallon and $3,77/gallon respectively. Cheap!

Btw petrol was €1,640/litre at same time in same station...

Well, the Netherlands is sitting right at the top of that list - should tell you all you need to know.

Maybe so but you'd probably be unable to afford the purchase price for a car over there (Venezuela) according to this evenings news (bangers we would normally scrap are fetching 25,000k).

Diesel down here is around $1.47. Unleaded's at $1.37 since yesterday.

I do recommend Echance petrol stations if any of you Aussies have it nearby, they have petrol cheaper than most stations (around the price you would get from Woolies/Coles stations with their discount docket).
