What mods to choose?

Hi.
I just bought this game and would like to know what mod will you recomend to install to a fresh copy of the game?
I just saw list of mods but there are many of them and I'm not sure I need all or just only some of them

I'm rather concentrated on bug fixes and improvements to the game and some more realistic game.
I played Sh3 but just for few days so Sh5 is rather new to me.

I have steam version - does it require special install of mods or just normal like wrote in threads?
