I wasn't aware Chick-Fil-A had a dodgy reputation in terms of public perception; actions like this don't help them any:

(I, myself, find the practice of asking customers to give their names as a bit of an imposition; it is especially irksome if the clerk mispronouncse or mangles your name. I don't mind being "Number [whatever]" and I have no real desire to be "chummy" with a fast food clerk...)
