keyboard commands for xbox controller

Ahoy all,
I am new here and to the game. Just completed the training academy and two patrols in SH3. I sank two small merchant ship in the 2nd patrol, yay

Does anyone have a configuration for the xbox controller for PC ? I'd like to use my xbox controller to run most keyboards commands but I struggle with the speed. Is there a maybe a keyboard shortcut which raises or lowers the speed ? I see 10 different keys for the speed but I do not have enough buttons on the controller for all these.

Even better would be if anyone has already configured an entire controller
