Since Libya never signed the ICC treaty, I doubt it will do much.

Would be a waste of their time and resources...let the people of Libya clean up their own mess like we should have let them to begin with.

And Syria isn't ''cleaning up''? yet we leave them alone, we aren't bombing their tanks and troops who are shooting on protesting civilians.

If you ask me we shouldn't act on just one while leaving the other whois doing the same thing alone.
as said a while ago in the Libya threat, the UN does not care a damn about civilian lives...it has been proven many time in the past wherever the UN got involved.
