Arrest warrants for Gadhafi

War crimes prosecutors seek Gadhafi's arrest

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110516/...FyY3JpbWVzcHJv

Well good luck with that one.

Since Libya never signed the ICC treaty, I doubt it will do much.

Would be a waste of their time and resources...let the people of Libya clean up their own mess like we should have let them to begin with.

In fairness, I think if left alone, Gaddaffi would be the one "cleaning up"...

And Syria isn't ''cleaning up''? yet we leave them alone, we aren't bombing their tanks and troops who are shooting on protesting civilians.

If you ask me we shouldn't act on just one while leaving the other whois doing the same thing alone.
as said a while ago in the Libya threat, the UN does not care a damn about civilian lives...it has been proven many time in the past wherever the UN got involved.

Not only has he been killing his own people, but now he is causing trouble at cricket matches. :O:

Target limitations defined for political reasons again gag the airwar effort.

I am still against delivering sophisticated weapons and sending own ground combat forces, but special teams and target markers are fine, also trainers, trainers, trainers. But do not train them more than what they need to beat Gaddafi's army.

Unleash the full power of Europe-based airforce potential, and do not let Western politicians again come between the inbound bombers and their targets.

Or say you do not want to support the rebels due to their dubious identity and concerns on their possible radical background.

What it comes down to, is this: either do war with all determination and power, or don't do it at all.

Maybe I should have known it, but I still cannot believe that we again have managed to turn a war operation into a bloody mess for political concerns only. Before we gear up and head for a war next time, maybe it is a good idea to start by shooting all our own politicians first and then care for the battle.

Right, come on now Jim, hop off down to Tripoli.

If you put the gong on you can get through the NATO airstrikes I'm sure. :salute:

Yeah, that was pretty obvious from the start...and could predict the UN would do little to nothing to Syria apart from some sanctions.

can't really say the UN has their morals right

Syria was a candidate for human right council.
Libya was a member.
As if nobody knew what was going on in both countries including their history and government type.

United nation is worthless political bull at its most disgusting level..
It shows how easily it is to cheat people with names like UN or human right council.

Kuwait replaced Syria as this year candidate-another tribal monarchy where large groups of population are treated as subhumans :damn:

I hope they make a laser-guided missile that dispenses hundreds of handcuffs before reaching it's target.
