Resurrecting Hitman's Manual Targeting Tutorial

Hi all,

After having searched high and low in the forum for a functioning link to Hitman's coveted 100% realism manual targeting tutorial for SHIV, I came up empty-handed

. I was highly impressed with Hitman's work with SHIII and was interested in reading his work for SHIV

Would anyone be so kind as to post a link / send me a copy of that tutorial? I also checked with Hitman himself and he no longer has a ready copy.
