Resurrecting Hitman's Manual Targeting Tutorial

Hi all,

After having searched high and low in the forum for a functioning link to Hitman's coveted 100% realism manual targeting tutorial for SHIV, I came up empty-handed :wah:. I was highly impressed with Hitman's work with SHIII and was interested in reading his work for SHIV :yeah:.

Would anyone be so kind as to post a link / send me a copy of that tutorial? I also checked with Hitman himself and he no longer has a ready copy.

Please ping me and I'll give you contact info to send the file.

Thanks to all and gute Jagd!

have you tried sending hitman a PM about it?

also its likely that since its a sh3 tutorial it might be in the sh3 section or at the very least you might get a more of a chance to find someone there who has it.

Hi Webster,

Thanks for the reply. As indicated, I pinged Hitman about it but he didn't have a ready copy due to a HD crash. He created an additional one for SHIV as well (his SHIII one is terrific, though). I've obtained a copy since creating the thread. How do I go about requesting the thread be disabled so that others don't post needlessly?

Problem's been solved, I now have a copy. Ping me if anyone would like a copy (I'm sure there will be others who might want this in the future as I did).

Any chance you would upload the tutorial to the SubSim downloads area? I'll bet there are others who would find it useful, too.

Lo and behold, it's already there in downloads! I guess I should have checked there first. Oh well, at least this thread can serve to point others in the right direction. Thanks all!

Thanks for the tip! I'm there too.
