Default [WIP] Subnets

Following along with the work on Icebergs and mines I have made subnets available for use in the game. They can be included in campaigns and single missions.

As with the icebergs and mines, the subnets cannot be destroyed with bullets or torpedoes. Torpedoes go right through the net also This has to be because the 3D model is located in a .dat file rather than a .GR2 file.

Your sub will collide with the nets and when it does it makes a collision noise. If you persist to 'get through' the net you will eventually but it will be VERY slow and you will make loud collision noises that can be heard over hydrophone. Think of your net cutters on the bow doing their job and cutting through the net when you're doing this.

Here is a shot of 3 subnets from the Total Germany campaign. This is just to show that they can be added to campaigns. You'll find these 3 just past the mouth of the harbor:

And here is a playable demo to see them in action. The demo includes a single mission and the Total Germany campaign has them added (but in an unrealistic and bad place - just for demo purposes): http://www.filefront.com/17862321/TDW-Subnets.7z/

Now I will work on making coastal defenses
