Ask Silent about the maps.

There are no rules, its a free country management game.

I dont determine that, as I said, its all you. If you want to take supplies from the people for your army, go ahead. Over time I just calculated the money, so I hope to do the same here. That way, theres no unit costs, but average tax to soldier ratio

What about building ships and developing Tech (if necessary)?

There has to be some kind of rules governing interaction between players and interaction between players and the umpire.
How is combat resolved?
What do the categories on the major nations chart mean?

Interaction between players is decided by the players. Say you want to Ally with Darkfish. All you do, is ask him, if he says yes, then tell me and ill add it to the updates each turn.

Combat is resolved by me, just make sure you tell me how many men you want to invade where or whatever. From there on ill use my top secret system to resolve it.

If you want to invade a country, and they have no idea, and your not already at war, you PM me, telling me how many of your soldiers you want to send, planes, tanks, ships, etc etc. If its a seabourne invasion, make sure you have sufficient transport and beach landing ships.

If youre already at war, then tell me and ill ask the other nation, how many soldiers are in the region youre attacking, etc
