Um CD Key? Had to rebuild my machine

For a reason unrelated to SH5 I ended up having to rebuild my machine...so I decided to go to Windows 7.

After getting that up and running I installed SH5, applied the patch and was the promptly asked for the CD key. After entering the code I was informed that the key had been used.

Correct. BY ME. The guy who bought the game and who wants to put it back on the machine I had it installed on previously.

What do I do? Write the company? lol
