Campaign...

just a quick question. the tonnage requirements for the campaign missions are high. much too high for a single patrol. so i was wondering if tonnage carries over from patrol to patrol. because there doesnt appear to be any indicator of mission progress (aside from captains log, but that isnt accurate due to the fact that i attack anything and everything on the way to and from the AO.)

any information on the campaign in general would be GREATLY appreciated.
