Long time Skipper sending SOS

Looong time player who never thought of checking online to see if anyone else play'd sub-sim games! Duh.... Boy was I surprised!

Anywho - SH4 with U-Boat pack and am trying to mod for more realism. Downloaded TMO and patch along with RSRD installed witht the mod enabler program and quite frankly I can't notice any difference... Soooo I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong.... Win7 64-bit if it makes any difference. I tried reinstalling SH4 in the "standard" program files dir thinking maybe the locations are hard coded....

Thanks alot in advance! I feel like a partial idiot since I'm a IT guy and can't figure it out!
