A simple fix

I know it has been mentioned in the past, because I remember it, but can't find it.

I'm Captain of an IXB, just changed bases from Willhamshaven to Lorient.

However, whenever I start up the game, I keep getting the message that my base has been changed to Willhamshaven.

Can somebody direct me to where the thread is that addresses this problem or just tell me how to fix this?
