He is just looking (well should have been looking instead of slapping the girls arse) for a retirement check. Frivolous lawsuit comes to mind. If anything perhaps an assault charge but then again, who assaulted who first?

those heels are dangerous man... i got smacked in the head by one of those things when i wasn't even part of the "action"... i was sitting next to a secondary stage talking to a friend of mine and WHACK!

I remember when a friend of mine caught a cold from a stripper at The Body Shop Tavern back home.

We had just walked in & this dancer came up and kissed my friend on the lips. The next day he started to get snuffed up. She tried to kiss me too but I turned my head so she only got my cheek.

Well I should imagine the attorney is going to claim that physical contact was not invited nor encouraged therefore an assault was the outcome.
