He is just looking (well should have been looking instead of slapping the girls arse) for a retirement check. Frivolous lawsuit comes to mind. If anything perhaps an assault charge but then again, who assaulted who first?

She and the club should and probably will countersue for Assault & Battery.:yep:

Well I should imagine the attorney is going to claim that physical contact was not invited nor encouraged therefore an assault was the outcome.
