Looking for mods for my SH3 and 4

I use to have a ton of mods saved on my computer for SH3 but lost them all during a nasty crash. and I just started playing it again after a few years away. I think I remember something about people making mods that boosted the graphics of the game, would like that one if it exists, I found GWX 2.0 on my Gameshadow and am using that since I can't find anything else. I also am looking for mods for SH4, got skins, but need mods to fix the water, it ... doesn't even look like water!! more like broken glass. and if anyone ever made a sh4 commander for it I could use that too.

aslo, any news on SH5? anyone know where they're taking it? U-boats? Japanese subs of ww2???
