John Trager is the semi retired CIA agent Blankenship is the manipulative guy that sends him on his mission Simone Loriot is the hot tail that trager teams up with Col. Longo is the african col. who is a general pain in the ass Dankov is a Russian merc who i would imagine is in retirement years as well (picture Cosmo with a beard) or picture "father gregory" from the game half life 2
