Who is 2nd in command on "our" boats?

As I understand it, there were 3 officers aboard u-boat, plus the captain:
Chief Engineer
1st Watch officer - second in command, responsible for torpedo data during surface attack
2nd Watch Officer - responsible for watch crew, artillery and radio room

Unlike on u-boats in SH3, there was no Weapon officer, and the Navigation officer was Petty Officer (noncommissioned).

What do you think, how would our officers relate to the real u-boat officers? And who is the second in command on our u-boats?
