Default Which graphic enhancer and sound mod to use?

I just saw the screenshots of two mods in the stickies above:

[REL]ROW Pacific Environments 3.3
==Environmental 4.4=========

The graphics look real nice. Now should I get both of these mods or just one? If one then which is better?
Im guessing I need to get both as it seems one deals with waves and one with the sky but who knows... plz tell me if i need to use both or just one.

Also for the German voices for the u-Boats I installed a mod called GermanSpeech_v8.zip

But today I saw another mod called
Thomsens_Sound_Pack_V3.rar

Can anyone suggest which one is better?

Thx in advance guys

Graphics: If you want to use Trigger Maru Overhauled, you should first try this as it already contains some environmental mod. If not, try both via JSGME and chooce one. I've tried PE, but I don't like the "plastic looking" of the see, so I use TMO.

For the sounds: I use the sound pack from PE and the sounds of RFB. For the voices I have the "Das Boot SoundMod" from the AOTD website (It's for SH3 but works well for SH4 too). But I'll go to try Thomsons Sound Pack. Just downloading it.
