question about manual targeting

Hello great guys i have a question about manual targeting
I use the OLCE2 UBERMOD vs.2.3 but i have one problem i am a ABSOLUTE NOOB IN MANUAL TARGETING i dowloaded a helpfile about manual targeting and after long practice bad bad results Now i use weaponofficersupport for shipID and stuff but still when i am at very close range with a zigzagging ship the hitpercentage is very small when i have a green symbol beneath my ship. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

YOU GUYS ALWAYS HELPED ME VERY MUCH and i would appreciate it very much if you guys can help me now. OLCE2 is simply a to good mod to disable them but guys i need to learn the manual targeting so maybe a dowloadlink to a VERY DETAILED MANUAL TARGETINGEXPLANATION with this MOD?
