[REL] Shorties for Sorties radio mod.

Shorties for Sorties is a variety of radio programs, most in the correct time frame. Each program repeats twice a month and starts on 15FEB1942. Some of the programs include, Boston Blackie, Amos & Andy, Dark Fantasy, Aldrich Family, Challenge of the Yukon and much more. I tried to get stuff that weren't covered by the other stations.

Thanks to Digital Trucker with all the technical help.

This NOT JSGME compliant and life is so much easier to use DT's RSM1.2 to set up the channel and play with the events. Unzip the file onto your desktop then move it into your SH4/DATA/SOUND/RADIO folder. Enjoy it's 313MB compressed. In the works: I'm waiting for a package containing, well a surprise, and will have to figure out how I will handle it, but it too will be another station. Sigh A Nararara.... UPDATE see below for a minor correction!

Thanks to DT a minor blooper was found in the folder. In the actual folder rename the "events.ini.old" to "events.ini" ( for those who are as program illiterate as me,mouse right click look for rename type it and hit enter), If I see a bunch of D/L's then I will upload the file with the correction, but a 2 hour U/L is a pain in the poop deck!

UPDATE : It should work after all w/out touching a thing, happy hunting and enjoy.

If it gives you a problem download below linked file, put it in the folder and delete the events.ini.old

I need some feedback on anyone who is using the mod so when I release my new project: Armed Forces News Network, so I can work the kinks out. This will feature tons of authentic news broadcasts during 1941-1945. Anyone interested let me know, since it will be a large file or I can make arrangments via PM, the bigger interest will equal a general release to one and all. Happy hunting.
