Default PCI-Express x16 video card

Probably of most concern in my getting a new video card is my capacity to play SH4 on it.

Any recommendations?

(Thank you in advance!!)

This is a good reference that takes into account how much you have to spend.

One thing I've noticed is that Ubisoft doesn't seem to have updated its "supported cards" list since release. I presume more than just what was initially supported is indeed supported?

Page 7 of 7 is the page you should look at first. This is the card I am waiting to get delivered by Fedex.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130325 $260 for a 8800GTS (G92) EVGA, overclocked. I got sick of waiting for nvidias latest and dealing with my no halo 1950xtx.

The answer to your question is YES, SH4 runs great on new cards. 880GTX 768mb, and I get like 60-70 FPS.

Isn't that kinda low on FPS? getting 60 on a 1950xtx.

Default Well!

My cheap 7600GT cards worked great! My cheap 7900GS works greater at equivalent performance to the 8600GT without the price tag. I know all about the DX10 thing. Show me something I gotta have.:rotfl:
