Default BB attack

So i was sailing in bf 52 (the shallow part) and i was submerged. I picked up multiple hydro contacts and knew it was a convoy. I set intercept. About an hour later i raised my scope. I was in the middle of the convoy and saw a revenge bb 5000m from me. Although it was moving slowly i ended up behind it. My plan was to use mag. fish to blow the props off. Two mags detonated under keel which should have been a back breaker. It continued happily along. i only had one more torp and it was in stern. I used on a whale facotry and it sunk. Iwas then put down by dds and eventuall ran aground and sunk. Sad no. This was my first sighting of a sailing bb.

Looks like a Nelson class. At least we down like his name-sake, Horatio, fighting to the end.

I found a Nelson Class on my fourth patrol, only being escorted by two DD's...
He looked starving so we fed him with five eels... arrrrgh!!!

Try the Mediterranean Convoy mission and you'll see Rodney and Nelson.

Default My Nelson

I found a Nelson in GWX 2.0 during the invasion of Norway. I fired a salvo of 4, 3 pounded into its bow but she keep truck'n along. Problem she was escorted by about 8-10 DD's so for the next 1.5 hr I was just above crush depth and silent. When the DD's gave up I surfaced and took chase only to find Nelson bow down in the water, so I lesurely put 2 more into her to speed'n things up a bit.
