Periscope Help Needed

Can anyone tell me the key used for obs scope. My attack scope is destroyed. Thx in advance.

Yes, it's the "O" key. Also, don't forget, once you are at the Observation scope that the way to raise and lower it is the "Insert" and "Delete" keys respectively.
