Periscope Help Needed

Can anyone tell me the key used for obs scope. My attack scope is destroyed. Thx in advance. :)

Yes, it's the "O" key. Also, don't forget, once you are at the Observation scope that the way to raise and lower it is the "Insert" and "Delete" keys respectively.
