All ships including my boat sunk w/ one torpedo!

Here's one for ya: I was amidst a large convoy with my IXB when I got detected by a Flower Corvette. She started pinging me. She passed right over me on her first run but I survived. She turned to starboard, me to port and I let go with my stern torpedoes. One of them found its mark. But then every ship in the convoy started to explode at once and my IXB was destroyed, all hands lost. Was that a nuclear warhead on that torpedo?
