curious about maps in command room

In a GWX patrol in a IXB and was a little curious about these two maps in the WO station. The top is obviously topedo targeting, but can't figure out what the one in the bottom is, even after right-clicking on the WO for a better look.

It kinda looks like the crew management screen, but that wouldn't make sense IRL A family photo montage?

Just noticed the NA map is different, too. Graphics anomoly?
