Default sorry - couldn't resist it. Weakwilled Kaleun

After three patrols with misable targets (I even machine gunned a sloop!), I was leaving Wilhelmshaven in a IXB on my 12th patrol when Hipper and an escort destroyer came in.

Being a miserable so n so, I turned and gave Hipper a salvo of 4!.

I know! She's on our side but . . . .19000 tons!

Any way three hits - she sank, I slunk back into harbour, destroyed the evidence (deleted the patrol) and went on another patrol like a hero!

so far, got 8 for 36,000 tons and 3 planes..... can I ever be forgiven?

Kind of stupid not to wait for Bismarck...or at least Scharnhorst.

We're discussing forgiveness for you in the basement of Gestapo headquarters.

Could I be the one to, ahem... bestow "forgiveness" on our wayward Kaptain?

You are now forgiven.

Don't worry, I accidently sunk a friendly merchant when I thought she was French in '39. She shouldn't have been so close to the French coast while I was under :rotfl:

Forgiveness was indeed given to such traitors (most of the time and as long as they were officers) back then. You will be left alone in a room for a little while, with a pistol and one round
