Do you keep your experienced officers?
I've noticed that in SH3 Commander, its saying about my Chief that I should consider "letting him go" to let him take command of his own Uboat.
Does anyone else ever dismiss these officers? Because I really don't want to let him go, I've had him since the start of the war, and we're about to sail for Patrol 6. He's a good man
