Default Problems at the Office

So i just finished my 11th patrol but i was badly damaged and short on torps, so i decided to dock at a port in Norway. So i docked and ezited out of SH3. I started SH3 about an hour later and brought up my career. The scene went to my office and i went to change some torps, but i couldnt access the "u-boat" page. Then i wanted to check on my patrol history but i couldnt sit down at my desk. At first i thought it was because i wasnt in my Home port, so i decided to head home. But when i docked at my port and walked into my office and i still couldnt go two those two things? i dont know wat i did?

Now im going to go back to the saved game before i docked in Norway, before the problem was realized. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

You are right with regards to being at home as far as upgrades You need to be.

Not sure about the other ( heading home, docking and still no luck ), never had that happen, someone will come along for that one.

If you saved your game while on patrol before you docked in Norway then just reload the save point which shows you in mission.

If you didn't save then your only option is to reload your game from your home port. (i.e In base before patrol)

One last ditch measure which has worked for me in the past is to rename your saves folder (Iadded the letter 'x' at the end).
Start a fresh career and save and exit asap.
Now load in your original 'renamed' career and sometimes that works

Thats wat i thought people were thinking, That my Boss caught me playing SH3, which would be very bad cause he's English and was in the Royal Navy and his grandparents lived in England during the war and he keeps telling about those Dam Germans. haha

Are you sure that after you left Norway your home port was still the one you were heading to? Perhaps your flotilla relocated? If this happend your old home port you went to was just another allied port - this could explain the behaviour you are talking about.

You can get you out of trouble by explaining you re playing a game where you need to sunk your own uboat in less than 3 patrolls. It s prety much what a lot players are doing anyway:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
