Default GWX and Weather

Ok, this might be a dumb question but what the heck is GWX (what does it do ? is it worth Downloading ? etc.)

Second, is it normal the weather is always clear, no fog, no precipitations ?

Thanks

Grey Wolves eXpansion. It's one of the big supermods, radically improving the gameplay, sound and graphics experience, and adding immeasurably to the immersion.

Weather sometimes gets stuck, usually after a save and reload, which seems to reset the weather "timer". Most complaints are about weeks on end of bad weather, not good.

That must be a first, usually the talk here is about the opposite weather, lot's of rain, wind, fog etc.

LOL - SS was probably refering to the start of patrols. This is one thing that always bothered me, always sunny, clear & dry no matter when you left port.

It's funny you mentioned that, the nice weather in port, be neat to come out in a storm, plus it might wash some of those cheering well-wishers in the drink.

The SH3 Weather mod lets you set the starting weather.

GWX is the cure for what ails you!!!

Be warned that by installing it you are opening a door that will have you balled-up naked in your tub, murmurring "deeper...deeper..."

You haven't played it enough, or you'd be saying "Tiefer, tiefer"!
