Supply Ship Crooks
I just left Vigo where I stopped to refuel, get cigars, cigarettes, sherry, Aniz del Mono, cerveza and tip my cap to some senoritas.
No problem with the above.  But the crooks at the supply ship stole most of my electric torpedoes and replaced them with steamers!  And the re-supply office won't let you pick torps like at home base. Grrrr.
