Default BBC Licence their joking.

5th of November I have no broadband Iv cancelled it. 18 years ago I gave my telly away. At the time I thought it was a waste of money and still do. So this September the government said anyone with a pc, laptop, or iplayer need a licence because they can watch live tv. Well the corrupt and lying bbc can kiss my ass. The screws are tightening here every month the last few years. Im ashamed to even tell anyone were Im from. Its a good job my dad ( he died 12 years ago) and all the others who died fighting to keep a free world doesn't know what its like now. This isnt a political rant just stating what I see happening. Just a few things to get off my chest. Its sickening.

I thought that you folks could have a TV and as long as you didn't hook it up to cable or antenna you didn't have to buy a license.

That's correct August, and what the BBC is doing is that you will need an account to watch iplayer which will be linked to your TV licence so that you have to have a TV licence to watch iplayer.

Live TV means any programme you watch or record as it’s being shown on TV or live on any online TV service. It’s not just live events like sport, news and music. It covers all programmes on any channel, including soaps, series, documentaries and even movies.
If you’re watching live TV, you need to be covered by a TV Licence:
  • if you’re watching on TV or on an online TV service
  • for all channels, not just the BBC
  • if you record a programme and watch it later
  • if you watch a programme on a delay
  • to watch or record repeats
  • to watch or record programmes on +1, +2 and +24 channels
  • to watch live programmes on Red Button services
  • even if you already pay for cable, satellite or other TV services

An online TV service is any streaming or smart TV service, website or app that lets you watch live TV over the internet. This includes services like All 4, Sky Go, Virgin Media, Now TV, BT TV, Apple TV, YouTube, Amazon Instant Video and ITV Hub

Their very kind to the blind (sarcasm) The bbc will give a 50% reduction on the price of their license. 50% off a licence because I suppose they cant see it only listen to it. They should be battered for this. This my friends is the bbc who reported the 9/11 tragedy 20 minutes before it happened. Anything done about it? NO. Also the pedos who are in and were in the bbc, anything sorted about that? NO, Well done the bbc. Come knocking at my door, ringing me up, or countless threatening letters again. waste some of the millions you have taken off people I don't mind.

This will be the UK's version of US gun control. Very hard to enforce no matter how many laws get passed. Maybe SHADOW can help.

The TV Licensing Authority seem to have grown tired of writing to me (we don't watch TV). They really seem to have difficulty in understanding that some of us just do not want to watch TV at all.

I'm thinking of writing pestering letters to them now, asking that they please send this inspector bloke that they always threaten us with round to our house... but please let us know when he's coming so we can bake him a cake
